The default settings of WordPress is to show all your latest posts on the frontpage. If this is your settings, then you will see the following contents on the homepage:
- Piecemaker slides.
- Welcome texts along with Countdown.
- Slides of recent posts.
Each of them are configurable.
Configuring the Piecemaker:
- Go to Appearance > Theme Options.
- Scroll down to Piecemaker Contents & Transitions.
- Upload and configure your slides. It is pretty self explanatory. Click on the help [?] icon to learn more about them.
Configuring Welcome texts and Countdown:
- Go to Appearance > Theme Options.
- Under General Theme Settings you will see Dynamic Home Page tab.
- Modify the texts and countdown time there.
- You can have HTML for breadcrumb prefix.
Configuring Slides of recent posts:
- Go to Settings > Reading.
- Select the number of posts to show on homepage.
