Known Issues

Right now, we could only think of two issues that are known to us.

[icon type=”glyphicon-adjust” class=”ipt-icon-bug”]Affix Widget Bug

The collapsibles inside the Affix Widget TOC and related categories/posts are persistent, so it stays closed when someone closes it. The problem arrives, when someone again opens it when scrolling at the very bottom of the page. Refreshing the page does solve this issue, but this is not expected. Right now, we couldn’t fix it. But we do not intend to leave it like this. As soon as we get some more time (and coffee) we will fix this.

[icon type=”glyphicon-adjust” class=”ipt-icon-bug”]Incompatibility with jQuery UI Tabs and Buttons

Since bootstrap replaces jQuery UI Tabs and Buttons, so the theme itself, in its generic form, is incompatible with jQuery UI Tabs and Buttons. Please read about the noConflict mode to work this out.

My website developer purchased FSQM-Pro to build my surveys. He has since left, and I have no idea how to get support from you. I have an issue where many of the fields in my surveys are not being included in Reports & Analysis view. However, all fields show up (view & print) when clicking on any links (QuickView, FullView?

The fields in question are MCQ types, as well as elements from Other Form Elements (small text, radio, dropdown, etc.)

Will I need Exporter? To gain access to all data in one report?

      Hello,

Only fields from MCQ types will come up in the report. You can purchase the exporter to download a CSV of all fields. Please use the support forum in future. If you do not have the purchase code, please ask for it from your developer.

Why am I getting error 404 for ever page I add to the WordPress i installed this theme on? Is this intended behavior? I thought that only the page i gave this template to and it’s subpages will work like this? Or maybe I’m just doing something wrong.
